Artificial insemination is a fertility treatment used to deliver sperm directly to the cervix or uterus in hopes of getting pregnant. Sometimes, these sperm are washed or prepared to increase the likelihood of pregnancy. 

Who should receive this treatment? 

  • Those with low sperm counts 
  • Those who are diagnosed with infertility
  • Those with cervical mucus abnormalities
  • Those with ovulation disorders or endometriosis
  • Those with sexual dysfunction
  • Those with immunologic rejection
