Donation Criteria
- Male between 20-50 years old
- BMI between 17-26
- No anemia, or genetic and chronic diseases
- No smoking or drinking
- No long-term use of medication
- No tattoos within a year
Donation Process
1.Online Registration
1.Submit FM IVF Center Sperm Donation Consultation Form
2.Contact within 1-3 business days
2. Evaluation
1.Health check-up and semen analysis (results in 7-14 days)
2.Proceed if healthy results
3. Wait for a Match
1.SNational Health Administration data review and identify confirmation (may require 1-3 months)
2.Wait for approval to collect and freeze semen
4.Blood Test
1.Return to clinic 6 months after freezing semen for blood test (to rule out AIDS and syphilis incubation period)
2.Once the blood test is normal and donation is completed, a nutrition fee of NT$8000 will be given to you on the same day
